I read this post today and thought to supplement it with few more points that have been proved to be fruitful to me. The list of 5 things that could help you fall asleep faster and wake up better as mentioned in the reference blog are:

- Never go to bed Mad.
I thought to add 2 more useful tips to get a sleep in a faster way:
- Start Counting: It sounds a very bizarre technique, childish but effective. Try once! Results are amazing. Just remember that for an effective result, STOP thinking all you have been doing so far. Calm your mind. Close your eyes with lights off in the room and start counting from “0″ (Zero). Keep counting with full dedication without a second thought. Next morning try to recall till which number did you count. I believe you’ll be surprised with the results…Let me know
- Let Music be your drug: Though a cliché but I recommend it as another good technique to calm your mind and relax your senses. Select a light music, very soothing and soft to ears. I would recommend some nice relaxing music to pacify your tensed nerves. Select only 1 track for a month so that your mind get used to it and the boredom of repeated listening makes you sleep swiftly. I want you to be addicted to it, let music be your drug to put you into eternal state of trance!
